After sustaining a head injury in an accident at age 14, I was inspired by my physician. I wanted to be a small-town doctor and serve the needs of a close-knit community. After a taste of big-city life and running a major trauma service, I was asked to do surgery in Lyons. I really love my surgery staff at Rice County District Hospital; they are the best I have ever worked with.  I truly enjoy serving the people of Rice County.
