Position Purpose:

The Application Support Technician will be responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues as part of the IT team for Rice Community Healthcare in Lyons, Kansas. They will respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions. This individual will work alongside RCH’s managed service provider, Gilmore Solutions.

  • Provide technical support within the facility
  • Assist with system integrations
  • Managing and updating ticketed query system

Knowledge and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems, Business Administration, or commensurate experience
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems, devices, applications, and software
  • (Preferred) Knowledge in CPSI, eClinicworks or experience in healthcare facility
